They Think I'm a Terrorist

Are You a Terrorist Too?

If you support Ron Paul, or are a libertarian, display bumper stickers, own gold, fly a U.S. flag, support the Constitution Party or Campaign for Liberty, Chuck Baldwin or Bob Barr, then according to the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC), you are a radical race hater and a terrorist too! Did you know that? Well ya'are. Don't argue with the gov't. You're obviously a terrorist and you know what they must do to terrorists.

This information is being diseminated to law enforcement nation wide. Cops are finally starting to scratch their heads trying to figure out whose side they are on. All the information and official charts are posted right here within an article on this alarming but not surprising politically oppressive news. The below video has even more information.

On March 11, Alex Jones broke the story of the (MIAC) releasing a report designating supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militia” influenced terrorists. After the story was posted on Infowars, many people posted comments indicating they didn’t believe the report was legitimate, that it was fake, or Alex made it up. In the audio clip here from Alex’s radio show on March 12, Alex addresses these comments and the inability of people to believe the story.

The guy in this video does a great job of listing all these "new" qualifications of being a domestic terrorist. I think he does a better job than the above articles.

You Are Probably an Enemy of the State

The people in Missouri should start learning law and this would cease from being a problem.

They can write whatever laws they want, but the truth of the matter is it is written by executive officers. Let me ask you this, how can something from the executive branch create laws for the judicial branch? The answer is they can't. If people understand that in America, law has been destroyed and only statutes exist. So if you understand that the statutes have no power under executive order, then you will be a free man.

Alex Jones needs to start talking about this. He only creates fear, and gives no answers. Who gives a crap about fake legislation, its the damn wizard of oz, its only smoke and mirrors.

It is easy to be angry at the cops and "courts" for not upholding the constitution. But shouldn't we be just as mad at the people that submit to laws that are not even laws?

Learn the law people. Its constitutional!

You make good points there Castleman. However, regardless of the true legalities of any laws, everyone is forced at gunpoint to obey them. This makes these illegal laws that much more criminal.

BTW, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr, and Ron Paul, have just sent a letter to the State of Missouri and demanded that they publically recant their publication and distribution of the above. As of yesterday, they are giving them 3 days before taking severe legal action. GOOD NEWS!

Also, Mr. Castleman, in my opinion, it is not true that Alex Jones offers no solutions. It is obvious to me that his solution is God's law. That's right. Alex Jones is a theonomist. I will be posting an audio clip from him shortly about this. He correctly asserts that our Constitution and Declaration of Independence is based on God's law. Yeah. I think that's really cool to say the least.

That won't win in court.

That is my whole point. We don't have to worry about their guns or laws. They are not laws. Just because they think they are laws, doesn't not mean they are. That is why the court exists. 10 lawyers in Washington state are blowing the judges out of the water and forcing them to reform the laws to the original constitution.

God's law is fine and dandy, but courts do not honor any political position in court, and that is constitutional.

So we can argue all day about religion, but unless it is written in statutes you have no case. This why patriots loose time and time again. They think they can find a secret pill to take that gives them power in court. Like claiming state citizenship, it does not work.

If all of Alex's listeners studied law and statutes instead of just getting angry, we would actually see change in the system. Believe me, the government does care if we know what they are doing, they only care if we know how to win in court.

Yeah, you're right. I know what you're saying here, it's just that I can't help but think if more Christians had more respect for God's law, (a lot more), then we would see more of what you're talking about.

To most Christians these days, God's law is, in all practicalities, totally irrelevant as applies to culture. Since they are "half-hearted" about the law of God this way, they for sure have no interest in interacting with man's laws in any practical way apart from their own personal legal issues.

So, since God's law is not promoted by the only people on earth who are truly responsible to promote it, man's law continues to run out of control. There is nothing challenging man's laws in our culture except for more of man's laws.

So, I know this itself isn't acceptable in courts, but what I'm saying is, there would be an abundance of what you are talking about if the Church as a whole had a renewed respect for the law of God. We see the Church having less and less respect for God's law and making excuses for ignoring it as it applies to our culture, and I do believe this is at the root of our ungodly courts, and of course, the culture that those courts exist in.

I suppose the same could be said about respecting our founding documents, but the reason even the Church has lost respect and/or interest in those documents, is because they first lost their love for God's law. Those documents have God's law as foundation in principle. Why would a Christian care that much about those docs if they've lost all sense of how important and relevant God's word is as did the authors of those documents?
